In Eren Hospital Nutrition and Dietetics Department, fat, muscle, water ratio, the metabolic rate of your body, and your ideal weight are determined during the first appointment which takes about 20 minutes.

Following the detailed presentation about nutrition, a diet program tailored for you is created in accordance with the result of your current blood tests. Afterward, the follow-up stage each of which takes 45 minutes on average is started every 1-2 weeks. Information and training materials on different subjects are provided at every appointment.
